Group Taekwondo

Adult Programs

Taekwondo provides a total body workout without equal. Its emphasis on flexibility and kicks creates strong, long muscles and improves coordination.

In group classes, students learn Taekwondo forms while improving flexibility and strength through floor exercises. The group environment provides partners for pairs training and bag work as well as motivation and support.

Students may choose to train as many as 12 times per month. Contact us for your free trial class!
